Powers: POINT EARS. SLANTY EYEBROWS. ABILITY TO LINEFACE. Also touch telepathy. She doesn't have much control at all, touching generally equals ALL YO THOUGHTS ARE BELONG TO ME. So she's not much for the touching thing. At least there's no real telepathy beyond touching. Sh also has heightened hearing because lol. ears.
General Personality: Penny is stiff as a board. She doesn't have fun with people easily, she definitely doesn't let loose much, and if you get her to laugh, FILM IT FOR IT MAY NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. Penny comes from a pretty anti-mutant background, so she's got some deeply buried I SUCK issues. She's also kind of anti-mutant herself on the surface, but that's more a product of her upbringing than of what she actually feels. She tends to stick to logic and tries not to let her emotions control her - mostly because she has a temper and gets snappy with people an come on, the ice princess exterior is better than that, right. Right.
History: Penny's mom and step dad were seriously not into the whole 'our kid is a freak' thing. Her powers popped up when she was about twelve, and she had to deal with a lot of MUST KEEP IT SECRET crap. They were a pretty hoity toity family, and mutations are just not classy things. So Penny spent years learning not to touch anyone, or accidentally read minds, or any of that fun stuff, and basically did the classic ICE PRINCESS facade. Eventually, though, the number of accidents were growing - since she was trying to ignore her mutation instead of learning to deal with it - and her step father decided it was time to try another solution. So off she went to Xavier's, to...play ice princess again, how many times can I fit that into one app.
